I’ll be the first to admit: staying motivated for over two decades isn’t easy. Since I started in this industry back in 2001, I’ve seen seasons of massive growth and seasons where I felt like I was spinning my wheels.
What kept me going? It wasn't just "willpower." It was a system.
As a motivational entrepreneur, I’ve learned that motivation is a spark, but a system is the engine that keeps the car moving. If you want to find that balance of Wellness & Lifestyle, you need a simple way to manage your energy and your business every single day.
Here is the 3-step system I use to stay on track.
I’ll be honest with you—I wasn’t always this disciplined. Back in the early 2000s, when I was just starting out, I was renting an apartment in Metro Manila, and my routine was far from perfect. Life was a bit more chaotic then. Today, things are different. Now that I am living in our own house and truly operating a home-based business here in the southern Luzon part of the Philippines, I have found a much greater sense of freedom with my time.
Because of that journey, I’ve learned that how you start your morning determines how you finish your day. Before I open my laptop or check my emails, I focus on stewardship. For me, this means taking care of the "temple" first. Whether it’s a quick walk, a prayer, or making sure I’m consistent with my Anovite wellness routine, I start my day by fueling myself.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Autem dolore, alias, numquam enim ab voluptate id quam harum ducimus cupiditate similique quisquam et deserunt, recusandae.
The quickest way to lose motivation is to focus on your "numbers" or your "downline." When I feel stuck, I shift my focus back to being a helper.
I ask myself: "Who can I help today?" * Maybe it’s writing a blog post for the Getting Started crowd.
Maybe it’s sharing a strategy with someone on MLM Gateway.
Maybe it’s mentoring a new partner on their path to freedom.
When your daily goal is to provide value, you never run out of motivation.
The secret to staying motivated for the long haul is making sure you aren't overworked. I’ve been in this industry since 2001, and the biggest change I've seen is how technology can now handle the "busy work" for us. I now use blogging and SEO to make sure my message reaches people even when I'm away from my desk, spending time with my wife, or helping out at my local church.
But it’s not just about the blog.
The network marketing company I'm with right now provides us with a powerful tool called the Prospector App. [If you'd like to see how it actually looks like, click here.]
This app is a game-changer for my daily routine. It helps us track our leads in real-time, share professional presentations with a single tap, and follow up with interested prospects without feeling like we are "chasing" them.
Knowing that my system is working in the background gives me the peace of mind to enjoy the Wellness & Freedom I’ve worked so hard for.
Gomer’s Pro-Tip: Motivation dies when you are exhausted. By automating the "chase" with tools like the Prospector App, you preserve your energy for the people who actually want your help. That is how you stay in this game for 25 years and counting.

Motivation is just the spark, but a system is the vehicle that gets you to your destination. If you’re tired of the "daily grind" and want to start building a business that respects your time and your values as a motivational entrepreneur, I want to help you map out your path.
